We’re looking forward to having you dine with us at Melvyn’s. Please be advised if you are dining indoors with us, a proof of vaccination or negative Covid test results in the last 72 hours will be required per the new city mandate. Masks are also required in any indoor spaces.
The unabashed swagger of Melvyn’s is more understated than when women arrived in stilettos and Halston dress back in the ’70s. But we still dress for elegance. Join us daily: on the patio for classic cocktails and dinner. A refreshing new menu uses local ingredients to spin beloved classics a healthful, market-driven point of view.
“For a swell dinner reminiscent of the Rat Pack era, consider Melvyn’s Restaurant & The Casablanca Lounge, a favorite of Frank Sinatra and other visiting stars. Depending on when you dine, you may be able to hear live music while dining on traditional upscale fare, such as beef Wellington. And you might see some contemporary celebrities, too.”
Alex Fregoso is the culinary force behind dining at Melvyn’s — a professional Culinary Institute graduate with over a decade of experience in restaurants around the world, including coveted apprenticeships with celebrity Chefs Gordon Ramsay and Iron Chef Morimoto. In Los Angeles, Alex was previously the Chef de Cuisine at Calabra, Santa Monica Proper’s one-of-a-kind rooftop restaurant in addition to working at the London Hotel West Hollywood and the iconic Beverly Hills Hotel. We’re honored to have his vision in front of Melvyn’s, serving an eclectic menu of healthy California creations, inspired by his love of traveling the world.
Join us at Melvyn’s, in support of the nationwide campaign to raise money for the Independent Restaurant Coalition in partnership with Remy Cointreau. $1 will be donated for every Cosmopolitan sold.
