When can we come back?

We were over on a trip from the Uk and booked based on top reviews on TA. We were NOT let down. This place is amazing. From the welcome we got at reception, to the welcome basket in the room, to the toiletries, to the cute room with beautiful modern decor looking out over the courtyard and mountains...it goes on.

Service amazing. I asked reception where the ice machine was. 'Sir, please let us take care of that for you we'll send it right over to your room'. On the last day (a Monday) we wanted champagne brunch by the pool which we didn't realise was only available weekends. Dan the waiter (v friendly) arranged for the weekend service to be made available and totally exceeded our expectations.

The pool was lovely and a perfect size. Great amount of shady spots for when the sun gets too much!

Even on check out day as we had a late flight from LA we could keep our room til 2pm at no cost. Wonderful, and the kind of thing that leaves you with a lasting fond memory of a place dedicated to service and guests.

Thanks to the ingleside team - you were all wonderful, and we will be back. We would so highly recommend this place.

When coming to Palm Springs we won't stay anywhere else. We like the large pool as we are swimmers. We like the beautiful grounds and old fashion decor and furnishings.
