Instead of being "lost in the shuffle" of a large hotel where other and larger groups predominate, the Inn offers complete personal service from the group's arrival to the day of departure. All guests are pre-registered, keys and information packages are in all the rooms; the Concierge is equipped with each member's name and room number. In the shortest time, and without any inconvenience whatsoever, the guests are comfortably ensconced in their rooms. An attentive staffer is ready to bring them cool drinks, unpack for them, and if desired, will give agenda details for meetings and answer all questions. The atmosphere is most conducive to maximum concentration, camaraderie, and accomplishment. |
The entire staff is at the service of the group's sponsor from then on to schedule meeting times, early breakfasts if needed, meeting room set-up, phone message handling, secretarial service, golf and/or tennis, as well as other recreational possibilities, etc., etc. Menu selections from our world-famous Melvyn's Restaurant, which is located on the property, are discussed and finalized.
The pool area is especially popular for al fresco dining where the same menu prevails as is served in the restaurant. The large pool and Jacuzzi are excellent for relaxing taut nerves after the day's business, as is a masseuse, available at all times.
Meeting room space and all necessary equipment is available. To sum up, everything possible is done to assure the satisfaction of the group, by a staff whose only answer to a request is -- Yes! We are proud to tell you that many of our groups have stated their meeting at the Inn was the finest and most productive they ever had.
